Our incorporation is complete

The incorporation of Kulular Bilişim Teknolojileri Limited Şirketi is complete. The company was registered with the Ankara Trade Registry Directorate, and the registration was published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette of 1 September 2026.

The company is based in Ankara. That is a choice, not a coincidence.

Ankara is Turkey's regulatory centre. The Personal Data Protection Authority, the Information and Communication Technologies Authority, the Competition Authority, the Turkish Space Agency, TÜBİTAK and the ministries that shape the regulatory framework are all here. For a business that sits at the intersection of technology and regulation, being where the rules are written has a practical value.

The city is also a strong engineering base. Graduates of METU, Hacettepe, Bilkent, Gazi, TOBB ETU and Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University work across the defence, space and software industries here. Our entire founding team comes from this base.

We are registered with the Ankara Chamber of Commerce. Our head office is in Çankaya.

The company was founded by five co-founding partners. The team develops software in health, education, law and space technology, and in bespoke solutions for companies.
