We develop software.
We work across five fields: health, education, law and space technology, plus bespoke solutions for companies. The person who understands the requirement and the person who writes the code sit at the same table.
Kulular Bilişim Teknolojileri Limited Şirketi is a software company. We develop projects in health, education, law and space technology. For work that does not fit an off-the-shelf product, we build bespoke solutions for companies.
The fields we work in have their own rules. Access rights in a hospital, an assessment method in a school, a retention period in an institution, all directly shape the data model. These decisions have to be made while the architecture is built, not after the product goes live.
Our founding team is two associate professors, one education specialist, one computer engineer and one lawyer. When the person who knows the field's rule and the person who builds the architecture sit at the same table, the translation loss between them falls.
How we work

A provision is tied to a requirement
A field's rule is written together with the relevant data field and workflow. A retention period is defined while the data model is built, not afterwards.

The human decision stays visible
Not every judgement is reduced to an automatic control. Points that need interpretation and approval are shown separately in the system.

A control produces evidence
A rule existing is not enough. When it ran and what result it produced stay on the audit trail.

Code passes through the same review
Senior staff set the architecture. Junior team members contribute to production. Delivered code passes through one review and test chain.
