Legal Notice
Last updated 6 September 2026
Kulular Bilişim Teknolojileri Limited Şirketi (Kulular Bilişim Teknolojileri Limited Şirketi, the Company) is not a law firm, it is a software company. While some of the founding partners hold a licence to practise law, within the Company they carry out software development and advisory work, not the practice of law. This page explains how the content on the website should be understood in that light.
1. General informational nature
The articles, field descriptions and examples on the website are provided for general information. They are prepared without assessing the full circumstances of any specific case and should not be treated as legal opinion, advice, or a recommended course of action.
Legislation, case law and administrative practice can change over time. The Company makes reasonable efforts to keep content current and accurate, but does not guarantee that any piece of information is complete, error-free, or up to date at a given time. A professional assessment specific to the matter should be obtained before any concrete decision is made.
2. No attorney-client relationship is formed
Visiting the website, or using the contact form, email, WhatsApp, or the AI interface on the working-protocol screen, does not on its own create an attorney-client or advisory relationship with the Company or with any founding partner within it. The Company does not operate as a law firm and does not provide legal services through the website.
The Company receiving a message does not mean it has taken on a matter or that a particular outcome will be achieved. Urgent legal matters subject to litigation, an appeal, an application, or a limitation period should not be left to a web form; they should be directed straight to a qualified lawyer.
3. Confidential and sensitive information
The contact form and the free-text field on the working-protocol screen are a first point of contact, not a secure file-sharing channel. Unless the Company has explicitly indicated a suitable method, these fields should not be used to enter client confidences, trade secrets, personal data, special-category data, case or file numbers, identity documents, or confidential information belonging to third parties.
4. AI-generated output
The free-text field on the working-protocol screen sends the text entered into it to an AI model for analysis. That model's output is generated automatically, does not constitute legal advice, and cannot on its own serve as the basis for a decision. The output is a draft that should not be relied on without human review. No attorney-client relationship is formed through this interface under any circumstances. See the AI Policy for further detail.
For visitors in the European Union: this notice is given under the transparency obligation in Article 50 of the AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689). A visitor using that field does so knowing they are interacting with an AI system, and the output produced is artificially generated content.
5. External links and third-party content
Links to third-party sites are provided to make information easier to find. A link does not mean the third-party content is endorsed, supported, or continuously monitored. The content, security and privacy practices of external sites are the responsibility of their own operators.
6. Scope of activity and geographic limits
A description of a field, sector or application area on the website does not mean the Company will provide services on any matter, or that it operates in every jurisdiction. Descriptions on the site carry no promise of superiority, a guaranteed outcome, success, or comparative advertising. Past project examples give no assurance about the outcome of future work.
7. Intellectual property and permitted use
Unless stated otherwise, rights in the text, design and original content on the website belong to the Company or the relevant rights holder. Content may be viewed for personal, non-commercial information purposes; limited quotation is permitted with attribution and without altering its meaning. Systematic copying, republication, building a database, or commercial use requires prior written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the user is responsible for the consequences of decisions made relying solely on the general information on the website. This provision does not remove or limit liability arising from intent or gross negligence, from mandatory provisions on the protection of personal data, or from any other obligation that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law and updates
The operation of the website and this Notice are governed by Turkish law. The competent authority is determined under the applicable procedural and jurisdictional rules. This Notice may be updated as legislation or the operation of the website changes; the current version is always published on this page.
