Studied Computer Engineering at TOBB University of Economics and Technology on a full scholarship, then completed a master's degree in the United Kingdom on a Ministry of National Education scholarship.
He holds a second undergraduate degree in Economics, and a Level 2 Capital Market Activities Licence.
He is completing a Master of Laws at the Social Sciences University of Ankara, with a thesis titled "A Public Law Architecture for the Digital Turkish Lira".
His main research interests include decentralised finance, central bank digital currencies, distributed ledger technology and capital markets law.
