1. Scope

This Privacy Policy sets out the privacy practices applied while visiting the kulular.com.tr website, operated by Kulular Bilişim Teknolojileri Limited Şirketi (the Company). 2. Core principle

The Company’s principle is not to collect more data about a visitor than its activity requires. The site is designed around data minimisation.

3. No tracking or profiling

The site uses no advertising network, no social-media tracker, no pixel, no third-party analytics script and no behavioural advertising technology. Visitor behaviour is not recorded for profiling, and no cross-site tracking takes place.

4. Fonts and external resources

The fonts used on the site are served from the Company’s own server. While a page is loading, the browser does not send a request to a third-party font provider.

The site is protected by a content security policy. Under that policy, loading a script, font, image or style file from an external domain is blocked.

5. Server logs

The server may keep standard access logs to maintain continuity of service and detect technical faults. These logs are not used for marketing or profiling and are not shared with third parties.

6. Content delivery network

The site is served through a content delivery network for continuity of service and protection against denial-of-service attacks. As part of this, connection information may be processed by the network provider for security purposes.

7. AI-assisted analysis feature

The free-text field on the home page’s working-protocol screen only operates where a visitor enters text of their own accord and submits it. No data transfer takes place unless this feature is used.

Where the feature is used, the text is transferred to service providers based abroad. The scope and legal basis of that transfer are explained in section 5 of the Data Protection Notice.

8. Linked sites

The site may link to third-party websites. The Company is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of linked sites.

9. Security measures

The Company applies technical measures for data security, including transport-layer encryption, a content security policy, framing protection, strict transport security and access restriction.
