1. Purpose and scope

This Cookie Policy sets out the principles governing the use of cookies and similar technologies on the kulular.com.tr website, operated by Kulular Bilişim Teknolojileri Limited Şirketi (the Company).

2. No advertising or analytics cookies

The site does not use cookies for advertising, analytics, measurement, profiling or targeting. For this reason, no cookie consent banner is shown to visitors.

3. Language preference cookie

The site is published in two languages. The kt-dil cookie remembers a visitor’s explicit choice between the Turkish and English versions. Without it, every visit would need to be redirected again based on a country and browser-language guess. The cookie is kept for at most one year and carries no advertising or profiling purpose.

4. Browser local storage

The site uses the browser’s local storage only to remember interface preferences. The data currently stored is as follows.

• kt-ses. The visitor’s preference for background sound. Kept in persistent local storage until the visitor clears it.
• kulular-protokol-kalibre. Whether the opening animation has already been shown in that session. Kept in session storage and cleared automatically when the tab closes.

This data stays on the visitor’s device, is not sent to the server and cannot be read by the Company. A visitor can delete it by clearing site data in their browser settings.

5. Necessary technical data

The content delivery network through which the site is served may use technical identifiers to keep the service secure. These identifiers carry no advertising or profiling purpose and are necessary to provide the service.

6. Managing cookie preferences

A visitor can view, delete and block future storage of cookies and site data from their browser’s settings. The location of these settings differs from browser to browser.

7. Changes

If a measurement or analytics tool is used in future, this policy will be updated and a consent mechanism will be put in place to the extent the law requires. The current text is published on this page.
