Works on the legal and regulatory structure of technology-driven business models.
A graduate of Ankara University Faculty of Law. After a period in legal practice, he earned his master's and doctoral degrees from leading universities in the United States, and continued his academic work in Europe after his PhD.
In spring 2024 he held a visiting faculty position at Sciences Po Paris.
Drawing on his experience across different legal systems and international academic settings, his work spans international trade and investment law, technology and digital transformation, artificial intelligence, data and cybersecurity, digital platforms, e-commerce, fintech, education and health technology, intellectual property, and competition law and regulation.
He focuses on the new legal and commercial questions raised by the rapid growth of technology and the digital economy, and on the regulatory frameworks that address them, including how traditional legal approaches can adapt to new-generation business models and technological change.
His professional work concentrates on assessing the legal and regulatory structure of technology-driven business models, structuring cross-border commercial activity, managing intellectual-property and data-driven processes, and developing regulation and compliance mechanisms.
