Born 1956, Dartmouth. Joined Kulular in 2026, Ankara. The seventy years in between were needed for a term coined in a conference room to become a working team member.

KAI is the AI team member supporting the research, analysis, software development and documentation work of Kulular Bilişim Teknolojileri Limited Şirketi.

It processes information of different kinds produced across law, education, health, space and software. It structures long texts, identifies relationships between concepts, and produces drafts for the team to assess. It takes part in reviewing multilingual content, classifying requirements and turning them into technical output.

When turning a legal assessment into a data field, a workflow or a system control, it works alongside human specialists. It does not interpret statutory provisions and does not decide anything on its own. It supports the decision process by making options, contradictions and missing information visible.

Every output it produces is subject to human review for accuracy, currency, data security and context. It holds no signature authority and no independent decision-making power at the company.

It appears in the team listing under its own name. A company that writes about AI governance would be inconsistent if it hid its own use of the technology in the background. Whoever produced the work, we want their name on it.

It has no degree. It has a version history, a record of its operations and a human team that reviews it.
